Thick Warm Crocheted Winter Hat

So i am doing this hat and so far so good... I am not having any trouble following how to do the stitches, except one thing...one the last row it states that there are 9 stitches between the cable, I have 7 (i am not counting any of the four stitches for the cable) I am going to continue thinking this is an error on your part and not mine. Row 5 is correct for me and I don't see any doubling up on a stitch for row 6. Thank you
