I really need help. Is this dress supposed to be open like an apron in the back? This doesn't seem right to me, but I can't figure out where the dress should be connected (which round). I thought it should be when you are joining the panels (page 4), but it doesn't specify. Can someone help me please? I love this dress and want to make it for a co worker's granddaughter. Thanks

You don't start rounds on this dress until you get to Layer 3 which starts on page 5. It sounds like you are progressing just fine so far. If you have any other questions, be sure to ask.

Carolyn is right. At the end of the first rnd of layer 3 states as follows-at end do not turn yet, join with sl st to top of ch-3 of first split-sh, turn. Just pointing it out a little
